What Will Be On The Texas Election Ballot?

This year’s midterm election is getting closer and closer. Last October 11 was the deadline for voter registration and as soon as October 24 the people that registered as early voters will be able to cast their vote. But, apart from the gubernatorial race, what other positions are up for election? Here is a list.

This year there is not going to be a presidential election but All U.S. representatives, state senators, state representatives, and members of the State Board of Education are up to an election. In Texas, the governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, comptroller, land commissioner, and agriculture commissioner and up to election to four-year terms. 

Some Texas counties will also hold elections for city, county, and school board offices and local bonds or propositions. You can check the data of these specific communities on the page of Texas’ Secretary of State
