Whataburger is one of Texas’ most important places. It holds a special place in the hearts of millions of Texans who delight frequently with one of the biggest fast-food chains in the lone star state.
Whataburger is not only a restaurant, it is also the source of artistic inspiration for people that eat there. In order to acknowledge the time and effort that people have put into transforming their love for the Whataburger brand into pieces of artwork, the company has decided to launch the Whataburger Museum of Art, a collection of artwork on Instagram by the fans and for the fans.
The first collection includes 16 artists from across the ten-state area and beyond. The artwork was obtained from Instagram and various galleries, and it features a variety of angles and interpretations of Whataburger fandom. Texas’s love for the fast-food chain has not gone unnoticed, with some art pieces featuring evident remarks to the lone star state.
Whataburger is currently accepting submissions for the museum, which opened in June, via Instagram by tagging the account @TheWMOA
