Ted Cruz Was Booed During The Astros Game In NYC

Sen. Ted Cruz assisted Sunday’s Houston Astros ALCS game against the New York Yankees and received a very unpleasant welcome as several users posted videos of how the crowd booed him during the game and also how others called him racist or said “go back to Cancun”. 

Cruz posted several photos of him with some of his followers and sympathizers during the game, but, at the same time he was taking these photos, other people in the crowd were booing him and insulting him. 

Baseball fans in the comments briefly put aside their rivalries to commend the interaction. “That response is something even us Astros fans can support!” tweeted one person in response.
